As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:
Deliver therapy to school district employees, manage your schedule in partnership with the school district, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).
Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-person
Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.
Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.

Earn a base salary of $80,000/year

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a therapist who is truly passionate about delivering individual therapy for school district employees, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.
The right candidate must:
Be An active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC)
Not have opted out from Medicare (although we do NOT require our providers to see Medicare patients).
Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus!
